I'm the CEO of OtterChain, a US engineering studio.
I set the technical direction and lead the team across
AI, blockchain and full-stack delivery — and I still
work inside the repo, because scoping a system I wouldn't be willing
to build myself is how projects get quoted wrong.
Day to day that means shipping scalable SaaS platforms, AI automation
and LLM integrations for founders and teams who need the thing to
hold up in production rather than in a demo.
My own background is Web3 — trading infrastructure, on-chain products
and the communities around them. That is where the security instinct
comes from: when a bug moves real money, you stop treating hardening
as a phase that happens at the end.
The work below is a selection from OtterChain's portfolio. It is team
work, and it is credited as such throughout.

What I do
Four capabilities, one delivery team.
Most engagements touch more than one of these. That is the point of
keeping them in the same team rather than stitching three vendors
together.
AI systems & agents
Retrieval pipelines, real-time copilots and autonomous agents — built to stay accurate once they leave the demo, with evaluation and guardrails treated as part of the build rather than a follow-up.

Blockchain engineering
Smart contracts, trading infrastructure and on-chain products across TON, Solana and EVM networks — including the latency-sensitive parts most teams would rather not own.

Security engineering
Audits, hardening and monitoring — the layer that decides whether everything above it can be trusted. Usually the cheapest work on a project and the most expensive to skip.

Full-stack SaaS platforms end to end, scoped against what they cost to run rather than what looks good in a deck — architecture, delivery and the operational reality after launch.

Six platforms, shipped with the team.
Every one of these is OtterChain team work. Where a number appears it
belongs to the project, not to any one person on it.

A real-time copilot for the moments that decide a career — the live interview, the client call, the job bid. It builds a private knowledge base from your résumé and the role, then sits alongside the conversation as it happens.

Get in touch
Let's talk about what you're building.
Whether it's an AI system that needs to survive contact with real
users, on-chain infrastructure handling real money, or a security
review before either goes live — send me the short version and I'll
tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
